How We Manufacture Custom Tablet Supplements

At QSM we specialize in helping customers formulate and manufacture custom tablet vitamin supplements. All though from the outside looking in the process can seem a bit overwhelming, with our 40+ years of experience in the supplement manufacturing industry we have simplified the process for efficiency and with the highest quality in mind. The Tablet Manufacturing Process

  • Ingredients: Once you have your formula and dosing figured out, we will source and gather each of your needed ingredients 
  • Weighing: Once gathered the ingredients are weighed and measured to meet your custom formula.
  • Blending: Next, each ingredient is mixed, blended, and combined with each other to make up your designated dosage.
  • Tableting: Once each ingredient is mixed together, the powder is taken to the tablet press to be pressed into a tablet.
  • Coating: After your supplement is pressed the tablets are put in our coating machine to help them get another layer of protection to hold them together, give them a better taste, and help them be easier to swallow for your customers.
  • Quality Check: The final step in the process is when we individually inspect every tablet to make sure they meet the highest standards of quality in the industry. 
  • Bottling & Labeling: Finally once all the quality checks are put in place we can then bottle and label your supplement in your designated bottle – size, color, and lid options. With the desired amount of tablets per bottle. Ready for us to shop to your chosen destination and ready for you to sell through your sales platform?
